A bottle that stays closed for a child and opens easily for an adult: that is the whole point of the CRC cap (child resistant closure). Moulding Injection designs and manufactures these child safety caps to your specification, with their aluminium sealing pad, for the full range of DIN necks.
What we manufacture
A complete CRC cap: the outer shell, the ratcheted inner cap and the aluminium sealing pad. Opening requires pressing and turning at the same time, natural for an adult and out of reach for a young child. We master ratchet geometry, working clearances and dimensional consistency shot after shot: that is where the reliability of a safety cap is decided.
ISO 8317 compliant
Our CRC caps are ISO 8317 compliant, the reference standard for reclosable child resistant packaging. It is the expected requirement for nicotine liquids, household chemicals and many pharmaceutical products.
The full range of DIN necks
CRC caps in DIN 20 and DIN 22, the two most common formats on European dropper bottles, are already in series production. All other DIN necks are available on request: our tooling workshop builds the matching mould within short lead times, including prototype versions to validate before series.
The aluminium pad: sealing and tamper evidence
Each cap can be delivered with its aluminium pad. It seals the neck against the cap and provides tamper evidence when induction sealed onto the neck. For a volatile or regulated liquid, that is a double guarantee: the product arrives intact, and any opening shows.
From mould to series, fully custom
In-mass tinting in your colours, marking, material selection, output matched to your volumes: a CRC cap can carry your brand as much as it protects your product. We start from your specifications or an existing neck, and come back within 24 to 48 hours with a clear price. The study is free.
For which products?
E-liquids and nicotine liquids, pharma and food supplements, household chemicals, oils and extracts: wherever regulation or common sense requires a child resistant closure.
