We are injection mould manufacturers and we inject your plastic parts. We produce very quickly, regardless of quantity!
Looking for a partner for the manufacture of small or large series of injection moulded parts?
VERY FAST TIMING,
PLASTIC INJECTION, AT THE BEST PRICES
IN BELGIUM AND FRANCE
in less than a week. We deliver prototypes in less than a week. We produce injection moulds in 5 working weeks; we generally deliver the first injected parts in 7 weeks.
In the era of digital transformation and exploring new markets, 'time to market' has never been more important. In this context, rapid injection moulding is particularly suited to on-demand production, transition tooling, pilot series and functional prototyping.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
With over 30 years of experience and a production site in Ath (Belgium), we master the entire value chain: mould design on our CNC machining centre, plastic injection on 5 presses from 25 to 1,300 tonnes, assembly and finished product packaging. We deliver first samples in 7 weeks.
Plastic injection moulding is the most widely used industrial process for manufacturing parts in series. Plastic pellets (PP, ABS, PC, PA, POM...) are heated until molten (200-320°C), then injected under high pressure (up to 2,000 bar) into a hardened steel mould. The material solidifies and takes the exact shape of the cavity. Precision of ±0.05mm, from 100 to several million units.
An injection moulding press has three parts: the hopper (pellets), the plasticising unit (screw in heated barrel), and the clamping unit (mould held closed by 25 to 1,300 tonnes). The screw pushes molten material into the closed mould, water circuits cool the part, the mould opens and the part is ejected. Cycle of 15 seconds to 2 minutes.
Mould cost ranges from EUR 2,000 (simple single-cavity) to EUR 100,000+ (complex multi-cavity). To optimise: simplify geometry, choose the right cavity count for your volume, and work with a manufacturer that designs AND produces in-house. Our moulds are machined on 5-axis CNC centres, 5-week lead time. Co-investment possible: we finance up to 50% of the mould.
Design for Manufacturing follows precise rules: uniform wall thickness of 1.5-3mm, draft angles of 1-2°, fillet radii of at least 0.5mm, ribs at 60% of adjacent wall. Our engineering team provides free DfM analysis with Moldflow simulation before mould launch. Send your 3D file for feedback within 48 hours.
Five levers: 1) Optimise design to reduce material and cycle time. 2) Choose the right material — PP at EUR 2/kg can replace PA at EUR 8/kg in 60% of cases. 3) More cavities — going from 1 to 4 divides cost by 3. 4) Automate post-injection operations. 5) Produce in Europe — our prices are 20-30% lower than French mouldmakers.
