Small series: where big moulders redirect you
Ask a major French moulder or Protolabs for 500 injected parts. Standard answer: 3D printing, or a 10,000-unit minimum. Our Belgian site runs three presses (50, 100 and 250 tonnes) calibrated for exactly the volumes heavier structures consider unprofitable.
Our positioning: cheaper, faster, more discrete
Prices 20 to 30% below equivalent French moulders thanks to our size and curated partner network. Fast technical decisions: your point of contact in Belgium talks directly to our technical team, no distant customer service. NDA respected: we work with brands whose names we never disclose.
The value chain, no shortcuts
Part design and DfM analysis handled by our partner LGR Design Studio, an industrial designer with in-house CNC. Mould production coordinated by our technical team with selected partners chosen on quality and lead-time criteria. Injection on our presses in Belgium. For larger volumes or higher tonnages, we engage our ISO 9001 certified industrial partner in Poland.
Mould co-investment: we finance up to 50%
For hardware start-ups and industrial SMEs, in exchange for a volume commitment. You launch your product without locking capital in tooling. Conditions case-by-case based on the business plan.
Real lead time: 7 weeks for first injected parts
Measured on recent projects, not a sales claim. Local mould production available on request for projects sensitive to European supply chain.
