An agile Belgian structure
Moulding Injection is an agile structure based in Belgium. Three injection presses of 50, 100 and 250 tonnes for small and medium-sized parts. For larger volumes or higher-tonnage parts, we engage our ISO 9001 certified industrial partner in Poland.
An injection moulding workshop from 50 to 250 tonnes
Our production workshop is located in Ath, Wallonia, a few kilometres from the French border. The three injection presses of 50, 100 and 250 tonnes cover small and medium technical parts: housings, clips, covers, cosmetic parts and functional components. The workshop runs both small series and recurring production, with fast mould changes.
For higher tonnages and very large series, production moves to our ISO 9001 certified industrial partner in Poland, under our technical responsibility and with our quality control. You keep a single point of contact in Belgium.
Why produce your plastic injection in Belgium
Prices 20 to 30% below equivalent French moulders. Fast technical decisions without bureaucracy. A credible European industrial zone for clients with traceability requirements.
A plastic injection partner for European customers
Companies across Europe work with us as with a local supplier: EU deliveries without customs formalities, intra-community VAT, communication in English and French, and a workshop visit you can plan within a day. No containers, no weeks at sea: your parts come from Belgium.
Design by LGR Design Studio
Our partner LGR Design Studio, industrial designer with in-house CNC, handles design and DfM analysis. Immediate feasibility, material suggestion, injection optimisation.
Injection moulding: steps and lead times
From the validation of the 3D file to the delivered part, the project follows five steps: feasibility analysis and quote, mould design, tooling manufacture, trials and adjustments, then series production. You validate each milestone before we move to the next.
On lead times: prototypes are delivered in less than a week, the injection mould is built in five working weeks and the first injected parts typically arrive within seven weeks.
Materials we inject
PP, ABS, PC, PA66, POM, PEEK: we inject both common and technical thermoplastics, as well as liquid silicone rubber (LSR) for medical and sanitary applications. Material selection is done with our design office, based on the mechanical, thermal, chemical and regulatory constraints of your part.
We also offer PCR recycled plastic injection for projects targeting a smaller footprint, with the same quality requirements as virgin material.
Injected parts for every sector
Automotive, medical devices, lighting and design, sanitary and taps, packaging: each sector imposes its own tolerances, standards and materials. Our technical team and design office adapt the mould design and polymer choice to the requirements of your market, from the invisible functional component to the cosmetic part.
Discretion and confidentiality
We work with Belgian and French industrial brands whose identities we never disclose publicly. NDA signed on request. Your parts, volumes and product strategy stay strictly between us.
Up to 50% mould co-investment
For SMEs and start-ups wanting to launch a product without locking capital in tooling: up to 50% mould financing against a 24-month volume commitment.
Frequently asked questions
From what quantities does injection moulding make sense?
Injection becomes worthwhile from a few hundred parts thanks to our small series solutions. Below that, vacuum casting produces 20 to 200 parts in a material close to the final one, ideal to validate a market before investing in a mould.
Can my mould be produced in Belgium?
Yes. Moulds are adjusted and fine-tuned in our Belgian workshop, and local mould production is available on request. Every mould is in any case designed and validated by our technical team in Belgium, with a systematic DfM analysis before the first machining pass.
Do you work with start-ups and SMEs?
It is the core of our business. Our mould co-investment model and our support from design to series are built for companies launching a product without locking all their capital in tooling.
