You are a French or European manufacturer looking for an injection mould maker and moulding partner. Our workshop in Ath, Belgium, sits about thirty kilometres from the French border, and our quotes usually come in 20 to 30% below equivalent French offers, at equal quality.
What we do, and what we don't
Our Ath workshop runs three injection presses: 50, 100 and 250 tonnes. That is the right tool for small and medium series and technical parts. For large volumes and heavy tonnage, production goes to our partner in Poland, ISO 9001 certified. You keep a single point of contact: us.
Design and feasibility analysis (Design for Manufacturing) are handled by our partner LGR Design Studio, an industrial designer. Your 3D file lands with someone whose job this is, not with a salesperson.
The mould: co-investment up to 50%
The mould is the entry ticket of injection moulding, and it is what blocks most projects. On projects with a volume commitment, we co-invest up to 50% of the mould cost. You start with a reduced investment, we earn on production.
