Custom plastic parts manufacturer

Belgian manufacturer of custom plastic parts: from 3D file to delivered part, small and medium series, mould co-investment up to 50%.

You have a plastic part to manufacture: a housing, a cap, a technical component, a part whose original supplier disappeared. What you need is not a catalogue, it is a manufacturer able to start from your 3D file, or from the physical part itself, and deliver conforming parts at the right price, without imposing multinational volumes.

From 3D file to delivered part, one chain

Four steps. Feasibility analysis first: our partner LGR Design Studio reviews your 3D file (wall thickness, draft, gate locations) and comes back within 48h. Mould manufacturing, coordinated with our partners, with European production available on request. Injection: our three presses of 50, 100 and 250 tonnes in Ath cover small and medium series. High volumes run at our ISO 9001 certified Polish partner, with the same point of contact.

What we manufacture

Technical and cosmetic parts in standard and engineering thermoplastics: PP, ABS, PA, PC, POM, TPE, TPU. Our project pages document the range: sanitary and taps, caps and closures, packaging, lighting components, overmoulded parts with metal inserts or soft zones.

What a custom plastic part costs

Two components: the mould (fixed cost, quoted on geometry and cavity count) and the part cost (material, cycle time, finish). On projects with a volume commitment, we co-invest up to 50% of the mould.

Belgian manufacturer, French and European clients

Our Ath workshop sits about thirty kilometres from the French border, inside the EU: no customs, standard intra-community VAT. Our prices generally run 20 to 30% below equivalent French manufacturers. Details for French manufacturers here.
