- a compact 70 × 50 × 35 mm housing;

The challenge: dozens of clean holes
Every hole in a moulded part is a pin in the mould. Dozens of small, closely spaced pins make a delicate mould: they must stay straight, cool properly and release the part without damage. The goal is clean, regular holes without flash.
