Product Design
The shower head features a modular design: PC transparent body for cartridge visibility, PP internal cartridge housing with bayonet lock for tool-free replacement, and silicone nozzle plate for anti-limescale performance. The cartridge contains tourmaline, germanium, and maifan mineral stones plus a vitamin C tablet.
Manufacturing
Three injection moulding operations produce the body (PC, transparent), cartridge housing (PP), and nozzle plate (LSR silicone). Assembly is semi-automatic with manual mineral stone loading and automated leak testing. Each shower head undergoes 100% flow test and cartridge retention force verification.

ACS certified (France), CE marked, ISO 9001:2015 production. Water chemistry testing validates mineral release rates and chlorine reduction effectiveness (>95% free chlorine removal with fresh cartridge).
